Note for SIC Tours:
- Prices are Subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations.
- Given cost is for reference only. No bookings have been made and rates are subject to availability.
- There are a few non-operational dates for SIC tours.
- SIC Airport transfers and SIC Tours are available only from selected points.
- Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge on SIC Tours, but will not be provided with bus seats. But will be charged for other services.
- On certain days when the tours starts early, clients may have to have breakfast on their own. Some hotels do not offer packed breakfast. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
- SIC Airport transfers are available from 06:00 am to 08:00 pm. If flights are departing or arriving beyond these timings, clients will have to opt for private transfers or make their own arrangements to reach the airport.
- If the minimum number of participants is not met before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled and a refund will be provided for the same.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Up to 45 days prior to date of travel : 25% Cancellation Fee apply.
- 44 - 22 days prior to date of travel : 50% Cancellation Fee apply.
- 21 days prior to date of travel : 100% Cancellation Fee apply.
In case of Visa rejection or refusal of entry in to Japan, the same cancellation policy as below will apply.
PAYMENT POLICY
- 25% of the tour cost to be paid as Advance deposit within 3 working days once the tour is confirmed.
- 100% Payment must be made 45 days before departure.
- Quotation is valid for a week and is based on the number of passengers mentioned travelling together.
- Costs are nett and non-commissionable.
- With any changes in dates, the quotation will change.
- Costs are subject to change due to currency fluctuations or any other statutory increases beyond our control.
- Hotels quoted are subject to availability. If not available, Hotels of Similar Grade will be booked.
- Requests such as Non-Smoking/Twin/Double rooms will be forwarded but are subject to hotel's discretion.
- Mandatory Accommodation Taxes are collected by the property directly from the clients as below:
- JPY 500/- to JPY 1000/- per person per day for Five star hotels.
- JPY 200/- per person per day for Four star hotels.
- JPY 100/- per person per day for Three star hotels or below.
- The check-in time for hotels in Japan is 15:00 hours & check-out until 10:00 hours.
- Hotel rooms are small in Japan. Below is the reference for hotel rooms in different category of hotels:
- 3-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 10~14 Sq mtrs
- 4-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 15~20 sq mtrs
- 5-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 20~30 sq mtrs
- The Itinerary can be rescheduled by Scenic Japan Tours for smooth execution.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or heavy traffic conditions, the Tours/ Sightseeing can be altered. No refund will be provided in such cases.
- Bank charges of JPY 6,500/- to be borne by the remitter.
